We take great pride in the quality of our delivery service and promise to despatch all orders by the delivery option chosen. We send all orders where practical by Royal Mail and out Standard Delivery service is sent by Recorded Signed for Second Class Parcel mail (and letter post where items are of a size to fit that category). Items must be signed for by an adult on delivery. We guarantee delivery of products using our Standard service as items are trackable to point of delivery.
We also offer an Economy Service that utilises the Royal Mail’s Second Class postal services. Items will be sent within the guidelines of normal second class post and may take 5-7 working days for delivery, there is no insurance or guarantee offered with this service, proof of posting will be retained and provided if required in the event of any loss we will supply you with the appropriate and relevant up to date paperwork for you to be able to initiate the process.
We advise customers to utilise our standard delivery service.
On the rare occasion that a delivery is delayed by the postal or courier services, we cannot be held responsible if the circumstances are beyond our control.
In the event that no-one is available to accept the order at the delivery address, Royal Mail will leave a card with information on how to have the parcel redelivered, or collected from your local depot.
For understanding, your order is normally picked, packaged and dispatched within 3-4 working days.*
Please note that delivery may take an additional 2 working days for the Channel Islands and outlying areas and islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles and Isle of Man. We do guarantee to send every parcel out on a delivery service to match the above mentioned lead times, however delivery dates are not absolutely guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties.
All deliveries are normally working days Monday – Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays) between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm.
*Some items ordered may not be available for immediate dispatch, for example custom embroidery items, in the event of custom orders or items being unavailable we will contact you to inform you of timescales and a suitable alternative may be offered. Dispatch may also be delayed by the Club's events calendar.
Important purchase information – Sizing custom items
All of the items available through the MX-5 Owners Club shop have specially selected to represent the very best in quality and value and are specifically tested to retain their sizing and shape under normal care conditions.
Please take time to ensure that you order the correct size, we have produced a sizing guide for your reference and if you cannot find a relevant size guide, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll measure the item for you.
Garments that are ordered for custom decoration, e.g. embroidery cannot be returned if the incorrect size is selected. If in doubt please contact us prior to ordering. This does not effect your statutory rights
We take every care to ensure that the images used are correct and the colour shown accurately; however we are not liable for your browser bar setting, your interpretation of colour or the environment in which you first viewed the garment on the screen and the environment in which you opened your parcel. A slight colour variation may become apparent on receipt of your order.
You may cancel your order by contacting us in writing at any time prior to dispatch; if your parcel has already been dispatched you may return the unused goods immediately to receive a refund as is your right.
Easy Returns Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with any and every order placed with us. If you're not entirely satisfied with your order please contact us email@example.com and we can try to help. You may return it to us within 7 days for an exchange or a refund. If an item proves to be faulty please contact us with the details.
To return items to us, please send them back to us with a copy of your order information and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange (and what size/colour you'd like).

The cost of the return postage will be at your own expense, or a collection can be arranged for an additional fee. This does not effect your statutory rights. We recommend that returns are sent using a signed for service, please ask at your Post Office for further details, this service ensures that that parcel is tracked to point of delivery.
To return a non-faulty product, it must be in its original condition with original labels attached. Once a product has been worn or used we will be unable to refund or exchange unless the item is found by the manufacturer to have a fault.
Washed or dry-cleaned items cannot be returned.
First-aid kits cannot be returned once opened.
For sale items, we exchange them for items of the same value. Sale items where listed may be non returnable in some cases we may incur a restocking fee which will be passed on to the customer.
Faulty items must be returned in a clean and dry state.
Please note we can not accept returns on custom decorated items, unless faulty. These items are exempt from distance selling regulations.
Original postage will be refunded under the Distance Selling Regulations if an entire order is returned to us for a full refund within 7 days of receipt of the order.
